Refund policy

For sizing issues, exchanges are accepted with the following conditions:

Item is returned within 14 days after it was received by the customer.

Item is returned clean, undamaged, and with tags intact.

If you want to return your product, send me an email right away about why; as sometimes its something that can be resolved with our communicating. Returns are accepted if shipped to us within 14 days of the date of delivery (sometimes considered as 10 days by the USPS, but really 14 days). The product must be clean, no rips or tears, and if tagged, then with tags still attached. Then I can refund the purchase price to you using the method you used for payment.
